Do not share private information. Never post or reveal someone else’s personal details or content without their consent.
Follow all applicable laws. Illegal activities—including fraud, impersonation, and solicitation—are strictly prohibited.
No spam or advertising. Do not use the platform for unsolicited promotions or commercial activity.
Report violations. If you experience or see behavior that breaks these rules, email info@eattheweightoff.com. You can also block any member from inside a conversation, and they will not be able to reach you again.
Cooperate with investigations. We may ask you for more information so we can keep the community safe.
